How do I wash my purchased products?

Are your hoodies made for men or women?
Our hoodies are unisex, meaning they will fit and sit for both men / women the same as any other!
If I live in Colorado, do I have to have my product shipped?
No! You can choose to have your item shipped or send us a text / email and we will gladly meet you in person for a drop off!
What are your sizes?

How do I make sure I pay for the correct shipping?
International customers, please type in your address before selecting a shiping option, you will only see the U.S. based shipping options until you do so. Once your address has been typed in, you will see an “International shipping option”.
For all our U.S. customers, there are two options, “In state Shipping” for Colroado residents and “Out of state shipping” if you live anywhere else.

How do I contact customer service?
With making every hoodie in-house after we order the blanks from our supplier, as long as we don’t have any backorder products, ApparelWorx typically gets your order made and shipped within a 14-day window.
What are your shipping times?
International shipping is on the more “expensive side” for a few reasons including but not limited to, shipping rates, the duties to cross certain borders, the sales tax, the flight cost, total landing cost, and any customs documents that may be required.

What makes your products different than anything else on the market?
Each design we provide for our customers is made over time by our team and with that we strive to provide detailed and modern designs that you can't find anywhere else. When you place an order with our company, we strive to be hands-on with each order as we print and press all designs in-house, followed by a local drop-off or national/ international shipping.
